Dress: Witchy Costumes Prize: $100 CASH Award for Best Dressed Adult Witch Walk starts at 110 Scioto Street, East to Front, South to Court, West to Second then ends at 208 Market for costume judging and light refreshments, then a special Halloween Presentation!
