Amy has over 30 years’ experience handling a variety of workers’ compensation matters. She has worked for the Sedgwick companies since 1997 as an account manager, hearing representative and now in the MCO client services department as an account executive. In her current position she strategizes with all parties on swift claim resolutions, provides employer training and webinars on workers’ compensation procedures and transitional work policies. Prior to working with Sedgwick, she managed a small MCO, served as a workers’ compensation Manager for a large Orthopedic Group. In addition, she worked for a large manufacturing company as a Workers’ Compensation Coordinator. Her current and prior positions provide her with a unique and well-rounded background in analyzing workers’ compensation issues from the perspective of medical providers, third party administrator, managed care organization and employers.
