Event Description:
August 3rd, 4th & 5th – Roy Rogers Festival – This year’s festival will be held at the American Legion at 705 Court Street in downtown Portsmouth. Featuring the Mark Wood Fun Show, music from Steve Free, Jon Patterson, Jerry & Jim Evans, and Phoebe White the Yodeling Cowgirl. Celebrity guests include Mary Deese Hampton from Dallas, Family Matters and General Hospital. There will be vendors, auction and look alike contests.
